Personal Biography

Alexandre Chichkov was born and raised in Odessa, Ukraine.  At age 11 he moved to Moscow, Russia to train.  He is a Russian National Ice Dance Champion, World Junior Ice Dance Champion Senior World Cup Bronze medalist and has won may National and International medals.  He went on to skate in Champions and Stars on ice. Alex has also choreographed the Christmas Show with the Binghamton Symphonic Orchestra in 1998 and 1999. He was the director of a Skating Program in Ithaca, NY.  

 

Alex has been coaching for 25 years.  He has had many students that have competed in Regional, Sectional and National competitions.  He has also worked with Olympic and World figure skaters.  Currently Alex teaches Ice Dance, Freestyle, Power Skating, Choreography, Moves in the Field, Basic Skills and Off-Ice Strengthen Training.  Alex instructs private, semi-private and group lessons.
