Off-Ice Training 

Off-ice training is beneficial for skaters of all levels and disciplines. 

 

Join us to learn how to strengthen, tone, and increase  flexibility to improve your skating without the rink!

**Note** Spring 2024 session is limited to Learn to Skate students. LTS students can select this additional class when registering for the Learn to Skate spring session HERE

Group classes will be held every Tuesday from 6:30pm to 7pm at the Gene Polisseni Center at RIT. Please bring bottled water and wear workout appropriate sneakers and clothing.
