Off-ice training is beneficial for skaters of all levels and disciplines. Learn how to strengthen, tone, and increase  flexibility to improve your skating without the rink!

**Note** Fall 2024 session is limited to Learn to Skate students. LTS students can select this additional class when registering for Learn to Skate HERE

Group classes will be held every Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:15pm to 6:45pm at the Gene Polisseni Center at RIT. Please bring bottled water and wear workout appropriate sneakers and clothing.
