Off-Ice Training 

Off-ice training is beneficial for skaters of all levels and disciplines. 

 

Join us to learn how to strengthen, tone, and increase  flexibility to improve your skating without the rink!

GFSC is pleased to host this series at the Bill Gray's Regional Iceplex. Group classes will be held every Thursday from 5:30-6:30. Please bring bottled water and wear workout appropriate sneakers and clothing.
